Keep in touch

Keep in touch with Parents/Carers

You will need to keep parents and carers up to date with your plans. If your school has an interactive calendar on the website you should ensure that the Space Camp is included there. Let parents and carers know your plans by sending letters and ensure that you collect all of the necessary information and permissions for each of the children. Parents and carers really like to share in their children's  Space Camp learning experience - use your school's social media accounts to share posts across the two days.

You can use the links on the right to download a sample letter and kit list to share with your parents/carers.

Keep in touch with your Space Camp Partnership

Find an effective way to keep in touch with all the schools in your Space Camp Partnership. Perhaps you might set up a closed social media group where you can share your experiences and ideas or maybe you will have an annual partnership meeting where you share good practice and your plans for the future.

Remember to give your Partnership plenty of notice for when you want to borrow the Space Camp kit and be prepared to adjust your dates if another school has beaten you to it.

Keep in touch with us
